Job Description
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Create recruitment Ads to be shared on LinkedIn.
- Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates.
- Compile lists of most-suitable candidates to be passed to the technical interview.
- Coordinate & schedule technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Assign all the scheduled interviews & data on the recruitment tracker.
- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Suggest solutions & new ideas to help in creating a smooth recruitment cycle.
Job Requirements
- CBI certified is preferred.
- Experience in blue collars mass hiring.
- Being confident, dynamic, and detail oriented.
- Working smoothly with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluent in English & Arabic
- Excellent Microsoft Office User
