Job Description

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
  • Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
  • Create recruitment Ads to be shared on LinkedIn.
  • Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates.
  • Compile lists of most-suitable candidates to be passed to the technical interview.
  • Coordinate & schedule technical interviews with hiring managers.
  • Assign all the scheduled interviews & data on the recruitment tracker.
  • Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Suggest solutions & new ideas to help in creating a smooth recruitment cycle.

Job Requirements

  • CBI certified is preferred. 
  • Experience in blue collars mass hiring.
  • Being confident, dynamic, and detail oriented. 
  • Working smoothly with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Fluent in English & Arabic
  • Excellent Microsoft Office User
