Job Description
An International Company based in the United States is seeking Customer Service agents for a call center office in Nasr City, Egypt.
Working hours: 3:00 pm to 12:00 am (Late Hours throughout the year)
Weekends are on Saturdays and Sundays
Salary: 11,000 to 13,000 EGP
Agents are required to be able to perform all the following tasks daily:
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Responding to a large number of daily emails
- Chat with customers on our website
- Video calls with our customers to help them out
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling
- Assist with the placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the customer's problem
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up daily.
- Doing an online meeting weekly with the head office in the USA
- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as credit cards, addresses, and phone numbers
Job Requirements
- Fluency in the English Language is a must. An American Accent is Highly Preferred
- Also, fluency in Spanish is preferred but not necessary.
- A college degree purely in the English language is a highly preferred
- Fast typing on Keyboard for responding to emails
- Excellent basic computer skills
- Motivation to work for long hours
- Career-oriented and always putting work first
- Preferred customer support experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
