Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee day-to-day facility management activities, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and other support services.
  • Monitor the performance of services, ensuring they meet quality and efficiency standards.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize operational costs.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers and staff across various functions.
  • Establish performance objectives and conduct regular evaluations for direct reports.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Implement and monitor risk management processes to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Develop contingency plans for emergencies, including disaster recovery and crisis response.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure readiness and compliance.

 

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in an operations management role in the facility management industry is a must.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
  • Professional certifications in Facility Management, such as (CFM, FMP, SFP, PMP)
  • Knowledge of operational standards and best practices in facility management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with resource management and budget control.
  • Strong understanding of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
