Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Oversee day-to-day facility management activities, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and other support services.

- Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize operational costs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers and staff across various functions.
- Establish performance objectives and conduct regular evaluations for direct reports.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Implement and monitor risk management processes to minimize operational disruptions.
- Develop contingency plans for emergencies, including disaster recovery and crisis response.
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure readiness and compliance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in an operations management role in the facility management industry is a must.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
- Professional certifications in Facility Management, such as (CFM, FMP, SFP, PMP)
- Knowledge of operational standards and best practices in facility management.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with resource management and budget control.
- Strong understanding of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
