Skills And Tools:
- Work within a team to handle the Hiring process for both blue and white collars (responsible for screening CVs, conducting phone , Face-to-Face interviews, and coordinating with the technical team on the feedback.)
- Ensuring that all the data are properly kept and hourly up to date.
- Conduct Scope meetings with technical teams to assure the agreed criteria.
- Responsible for finding suitable candidates using Selah ElTelmeez sourcing platforms or headhunting if needed.
- Responsible for increasing Selah ElTelmeez recruitment channels and attending registered employment fairs.
- Bachelor`s Degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in the same position. (Industrial background is preferred)
- Comfortable with a high volume of recruitment.
- Excellent written and verbal English language.
- Working well under pressure.
- Very good ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Knowledge of HR resources and tools.
