Job Description
Responsibilities:-
- Communicating with customers (meetings, calls, and emails) to understand their needs to be able to produce comprehensive documentation.
- Estimating the effort needed and putting a work plan to develop the required Online Help articles.
- Applying customer feedback on the developed Online Help articles.
Job Requirements
Requirements:-
- Experience writing technical documentation( user guides, product guides, playbook, architecture diagrams, etc) for the software development team.
- Ability to work as a business system analyst.
- Proficient in Atlassian Confluence.
- Jira experience(Admin Knowledge is preferred).
- Fluent in English and strong communication skills with leadership and customers( leadership and customer interaction is required).
