Job Description

 

The E-commerce Senior Supervisor will be primarily responsible for overseeing, leading and managing  the e-commerce department of the company with a significant online presence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage brand website through audits and propose actions to increase revenue and the profitability of the brand channel, as well as the guest experience and overall web performance (KPI's).
  • Create and analyze performance reports, as well as propose solutions for improvement.
  • Approve website content for new collections on weekly basis.
  • Ensure website content is always up to date in all languages available.
  • Ensure all efficient use of keywords in website content.
  • Review the ranking of the Al Nasser website on search engines, and update it with relevant search terms and adequate keyword frequency to ensure that the hotel website gets the best possible page rank.
  • Review and monitor both the content and search engine ranking of competitors’ websites and react appropriately to maintain the competitiveness of Al Nasser website.
  • Update and optimize meta descriptions and tags.
  • Avoid picture duplication on the website.
  • Identify signature shots representing both, the clothes and the brand.
  • Prepare and send, with regular frequency Email Newsletter to all guests/individuals that have subscribed to receive the brand updates.
  • Ensure the picture quality loaded on the web pages is perfect for user experience.
  • Analyze the website user behavior, site performance, source of referrals, etc; and act accordingly
  • Analyze the website production (Shopify) reports available from on the website statistical package.
  • Provide monthly reports on website KPI to the brand owners and discuss it with them in a monthly meeting.

Job Requirements

  • Extensive experience with practices and techniques related to web merchandising or online retailing.
  • Operational knowledge of techniques required for market research and analysis.
  • Sound knowledge of website management and e-Commerce usability.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office Applications, MS Access and others
