Job Description

  • Your job as a Marketing Executive is to manage all internal and external marketing activities, develop marketing strategies and budgets as well as oversee the execution of marketing plans. Create business development plans in alignment with the company’s strategic goals as well as the brand guidelines. Manage and improve leads generation campaigns, measuring results and analyzing market trends. Identify revenue generating opportunities, pitch your ideas to top management and see them through if approved. Develop and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts for company retreats, yoga and sports camps and target segment key contacts in general.

Job Requirements

  • Create annual marketing plan in coordination with the marketing manager, oversee plan execution and achieve desired results and KPIs
  • Assist, support and collaborate with top management and consultants on developing the business and serving the company’s strategic goals
  • Oversee marketing, business development and sales activities and provide timely reports and analysis to department head and top management
  • Create, develop and execute compelling marketing campaign plans using all types of channels including direct mail, web/e-marketing, telemarketing, advertising to meet targets.
  • To work with the Marketing Manager and marketing team to manage the overall production of all online and offline marketing materials
  • Develop and implement new innovative ideas and plans to increase business in terms of hotel sales and new revenue generating outlets to grow overall revenue of the hotel
  • Produce innovative and cost effective promotions and offers for a selection of marketing segments (foreigners/tourists) and see them through from idea to execution and evaluation 
  • To work closely with the reservations, front office and different hotel teams and advise them on best practices to guarantee guest satisfaction and professional conduct as well as preserving our brand values and guidelines 
  • Work on the current rate structure with the finance department, marketing manager and top management
  • Conduct market surveys and provide analysis and recommendations to help gain a larger market share and penetrate new market segments
  • Monitor results and provide analysis to help measure the effectiveness of all campaigns and offers
  • Management of marketing campaigns, social media content, events, retreats and other relevant activities 
  • Monitor KPIs and provide the relevant reports across projects
