Job Description

We’re Hiring: Call Center Agent

Company: Premier Services & Recruitment 
Location: Maadi, Cairo
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
  • Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups, confirmations, or surveys
  • Provide accurate information about HR services, policies, and procedures
  • Log and document all interactions in the system
  • Escalate complex issues when needed
  • Follow client-specific scripts and service standards
  • Meet performance KPIs (call handling time, resolution rate, etc.)
  • Support additional communication channels (email/chat) when required
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Job Summary

As a Call Center Agent, you will handle inbound and outbound calls on behalf of our client organizations. Working within our HR outsourcing team, you will ensure professional, solution-oriented communication with employees, candidates, and customers while maintaining high service standards.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 0–1 year of experience in call center or customer service
  • Experience in HR outsourcing or B2B services is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM and call center systems
