We’re Hiring: Call Center Agent

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups, confirmations, or surveys
- Provide accurate information about HR services, policies, and procedures
- Log and document all interactions in the system
- Escalate complex issues when needed
- Follow client-specific scripts and service standards
- Meet performance KPIs (call handling time, resolution rate, etc.)
- Support additional communication channels (email/chat) when required
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Job Summary
As a Call Center Agent, you will handle inbound and outbound calls on behalf of our client organizations. Working within our HR outsourcing team, you will ensure professional, solution-oriented communication with employees, candidates, and customers while maintaining high service standards.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 0–1 year of experience in call center or customer service
- Experience in HR outsourcing or B2B services is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM and call center systems
