Job Description
- Build brand Identity & Marketing Matrix.
- Set & Execute Marketing plan, promotional activities & campaigns during the year.
- Perform SWOT Analysis & GAP Analysis.
- Study Market Intelligence & Comparative Analysis.
- Have strong product knowledge.
- Coordinate with different departments for cross-functional projects.
- Update & Upgrade policies, strategies & matrix as per dynamic change, rapid development & competition.
- Execute different marketing campaigns & promotional plans ( BTL - ATL & Online).
- Perform periodical reports on Market dynamics.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives to create new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of existing customers while creating new programs for retention.
- Finding and developing new markets to develop goals and improve sales.
