Job Description

We are looking for a Planning Manager/Supply Chain Manager to be responsible for organizing, planning, and coordinating projects and activities for our organization, while also managing the supply chain. 

Responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, submitting deliverables, preparing status reports, and overseeing the company’s supply chain strategy and operations.

Responsibilities 

  • Developing detailed project plans by defining project scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation setting roles and responsibilities, setting and prioritizing goals, defining deliverables, creating a project schedule, performing risk assessment and communication
  • Ensuring that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, schedules, and budgets
  • Identifying and addressing project issues and delays Producing accurate and timely status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
  • Managing changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities with clients
  • Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables
  • Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements
  • Planning and implementing the overall supply chain strategy
  • Managing inventory maintenance

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business, supply chain, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in Planning/Project Management and/or Supply Chain
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and knowledge of Oracle’s ERP system are recommended
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent English and Arabic written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
