Job Description
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly or monthly or quarterly reports
- Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Take minutes during meetings
- Working on any other given task from their Manager
- Act as a business partner to line managers and provide guidance and counseling on HR-related issues.
- Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures, disseminate and communicate them through employee booklets/meetings/and other forms of communication and ensure understanding of stakeholders and compliance.
- Prepare and deliver reports in conformance with legislated requirements as well as monthly and periodical HR reports to management.
- Oversees the provision of human resource generalist services, including compliance with regulatory agencies (labor office, insurance, industrial safety, etc.).
- Develop sources of recruitment by maintaining liaisons with specialist schools, institutions organizations and associations.
- Source, screen and interview candidates for employment and support on-boarding activities in assigned area.
- Plan and provide seasonal and temporary employment needs and manage relevant suppliers and employment agencies.
- Arrange for all meetings of board of Directors
- Write minutes and follow up all relevant assignments and instructions
- Receive all e-mails sent to CEOs, follow up with CEOs and/or all departments in charge and make sure all emails are dealt with in a timely manner
- Receive certain assignments, handle with several departments and present final results in reports.
- Act as a liaison between CEOs, department/division managers/directors regional offices managers
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Presentable
- Proficient in MS Office and “back-office” software (e.g. ERP)
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
- People oriented and results driven
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
- They must also be organized, able to multitask, detail oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
