Job Description

  • Build strong relationships with C-Levels and account managers of our top brands and vendors;
  • Ensure a flawless understanding of the entire ecosystem as well as a tremendous network;
  • Drive growth by ensuring we have the right products at the right prices with seamless operations;
  • Ensure your accounts are matching key operational KPIs with a customer centric approach;
  • Organize key commercial events such as Black Friday, Jumia Anniversary, etc.
  • Build and follow-up on comprehensive Joint Business Plans for your accounts to ensure strong accountability.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, or any related field;
  • At least 8 years of working experience;
  • Strong commercial skills;
  • Good analytical and numerical skills;
  • Great capacity to handle high stake negotiations;
  • Structured, data driven, thorough;
  • Good with tools (excel & PPT, Salesforce would be a plus);
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a team player;
  • Great ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment;
  • Flawless English communication.
