Job Description
- Build strong relationships with C-Levels and account managers of our top brands and vendors;
- Ensure a flawless understanding of the entire ecosystem as well as a tremendous network;
- Drive growth by ensuring we have the right products at the right prices with seamless operations;
- Ensure your accounts are matching key operational KPIs with a customer centric approach;
- Organize key commercial events such as Black Friday, Jumia Anniversary, etc.
- Build and follow-up on comprehensive Joint Business Plans for your accounts to ensure strong accountability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, or any related field;
- At least 8 years of working experience;
- Strong commercial skills;
- Good analytical and numerical skills;
- Great capacity to handle high stake negotiations;
- Structured, data driven, thorough;
- Good with tools (excel & PPT, Salesforce would be a plus);
- Strong interpersonal skills, a team player;
- Great ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment;
- Flawless English communication.
