Objectives of this Role :
- Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs.
- Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning.
Chief Operating Officer Duties & Responsibilities :
- Develop effective business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives, and develop income streams.
- Analyze internal operations and Directly oversee production, quality , logistics, and HR, and partner with the CEO on sales management .
- Build and Manage relationships with key customers, Suppliers , partners, and stakeholders
- Aggressively manage operation expenses to ensure the company achieves investor targets relative to growth and profitability
- Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting
- Delegating responsibilities to ensure staff members grow as capable participants.
- Lead and motivate employees to advance employee engagement.
- Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies, and collaborating with R&D team regarding the implementation of these improvements.
- Developing a strategy to helps increase the efficiency of operations within the company .
- Create reports and Analyze and interpret data and metrics for the management .
- Act as spokesperson for the company in some conferences and seminars .
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- 2+ years experience in executive leadership positions
- Proven track record of outstanding performance in a previous complex enterprise.
- Previous startup experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of data analysis and KPIs
- Experiences in agricultural companies, waste management, or production in general are preferred
- The possibility of travel between Qena / Cairo
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
