Job Description
- Prepare weekly written reports to the project management team
- Study all projects
- Forecast estimates of material quantities needed for each project
- Prepare procurement list for each project
- Compare delivered and as-built dimensions with original contract or variation orders to readjust contract agreement
- Track material expenditure for all projects
- Create feedback reports for the estimating, contracting, procurement, production and accounting departments to achieve the best practices for each project
- Share data analysis conducted for each project, onsite or from documents with relevant departments
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Civil & Construction & Architectural Engineering.
- Excellent proficiency in English and Arabic
- Excellent command of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Primavera
- Must be enthusiastic, passionate and eager to learn
- Ability to work smoothly in a team with organizational efficiency
