Job Description

  • Manage the entry and ongoing maintenance of employees’ master data system records. This is throughout employee’s life cycle with the company; from hiring to separation and anything in between.
  • Ensure that all data pertaining to employees entered into the system is correct and in accordance with the actual supporting documents and is completed within the set SLAs yet without impacting on quality.
  • Ensure all month end payroll related entries are checked and released in the system before the monthly cut-off date.
  • Develop and perform periodic data validation activities to ensure quality and compliance with Human Capital policies and Labor Law; investigates anomalies.
  • Validate documentation pertaining to off-cycle payments and end of service settlement prior to system posting and execution.
  • Source and produce data for analysis and business case preparation.
  • Review workflows and approval levels; recommend improvements where required.
  • Troubleshoots and provide user support to employees on Employee Self Service transactions.
  • Respond to payroll queries raised by employees through the ticketing system.
  • Prepare necessary human capital reports and timely submission to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure all documentations are appropriately filed for future reference.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all payroll related items, transactions and reports.
  • Train colleagues in developing the systems skills and understanding the processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 Years relevant experience
  • Knowledgeable of Saudi Labour Laws and Human Capital policies.
  • Familiar with databases and workflows
  • Spoken and written Arabic and English is required
  • Computer literate and hands-on experience with HCM system.
