Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Procurement Specialist to manage Stylish Eve's, the owner of the well-known US Trademarks (Rush Brush & Hapilin), procurement activities.
- Research and identify potential vendors\suppliers inside or outside Egypt (Local\Foreign).
- Work closely with all the company's teams to understand the details of procurement requirements.
- Take purchase requests (PRs) from various departments within a company.
- Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, and deadlines.
- Create purchase orders and tally these with supply requests and orders.
- Follow up on the status of the PRs, and take action regarding the delayed ones.
- Analyze invoices to ensure accuracy of goods delivered.
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
Job Requirements
Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply management, or any related field is a must.
- Additional certification in the field of procurement is a plus.
- Proven experience working as a procurement specialist in a similar industry for a minimum of 2 years.
- Strong knowledge of market conditions.
- Fluent in English.

- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
