Job Description
- Register certificates and all the documents of the company at the notarization
- Ordinary general assembly
- Dealing with work permissions and residents
- Assist in delivering and receiving the required documents of the Logistics affairs of Cairo
- Dealing with investment authority.
- Follow up with the concerned authorities
- Updated with all the legal laws and should be able to apply them in the given situation.
- Attendance before Labor office in case of any complaint against the company
- Attendance before prosecution

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in law (English Section is preferred)
- Experience: 5 to 7 years
- Max age: 35
- Very good Communication Skills
- Very good in MS Office
- Advanced problem-solving skills
