Job Description

Come and join us in Modern Interiors as a Business Development Executive.

You will ideally responsible for:

  • Marketing for Company,
  • Tender and Project lead documents study.
  • Communicate with the Technical office for Project cost estimation.
  • Technical and commercial proposal preparation.
  • Contract Negotiation and Signing.
  • Responsible for defining, allocating, and proposing different future opportunities in Buildings, Transmission & distribution &Transportation sectors.
  • Identify the potential business partners and engineering firms in the projects’ pre-bid phase.
  • Prepare the company’s expression of interest to clients to participate in the announced projects.
  • Facilitate and clear out all the unknowns in the tender phase through meetings with clients and consultants.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts
  • Provide a periodic report to clear out the status of the projects / exclusive agreements.
  • Preparing the agreements with the identified partners, subcontractors, and consultants in accordance with the legal department.
  • Coordinate with the different involved teams in the projects’ tender phase ensuring that competitive edge is there to win.
  • Review the pre-qualification projects' documents identifying the company's experience and relevant data for the purpose of shortlisting.
  • Assist in the preparation of different sectors' presentations.
  • Present the company in International Conferences, Exhibitions & Events related to the Construction and Investment fields.
  • Follow up with the clients and consultants in the pre-tender phase and after the shortlist has been issued.
  • Prepare reports on the same kind of projects awarded and completed to focus on the company's bidding strategy and targeted prices for similar projects.
  • Provide the clients with the required information on similar projects and facilitate the site visits for them for the finished and ongoing projects.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Keep the top management updated with the sectors and mega projects updates in Egypt and through maintaining periodic meetings with major clients & partners and collecting news from official networks and platforms.

Job Requirements

  • The best candidate should have the following:
  • 2+ years experience in the construction industry in the same department (Business Development)
  • Experienced in Business Development and need to enlarge your experience!
  • Construction industry attracts you and wants to add it to your portfolio
  • Exceptional communication & negotiation skills
  • Strong record of achievements
  • Self - management ability
  • B2B focused experience
  • Owns a car is a must
