Job Description
- Prepares statistical reports and consolidates information into cohesive and understandable correspondence for the department needs with highlights on main pain points and recommendations for remedies.
- Conducts quantitative & qualitative analysis to identify specific gaps and opportunities for further formulation.
- Presents periodical activity reports for Bottom- up NPS, 5* Rating including statistics to illustrate results on weekly and monthly basis.
- Performs business process analysis and compares it to both the existing and other desired states to ensure continuous process improvement.
- Support Manager in following- up and putting solutions into actions, ensure action planes are timely achieved as planned.
