Job Description
- -Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- -Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- -Manage schedule, calendars and appointments
- -file and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
- -Handle and prioritize all outing or incoming correspondence
- -Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- -Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned

Job Requirements
- -Bachelor Degree of commerce or related field.
- -3:5 years of hands-experience at office management field
