Job Description
- Daily portals at the sites, supervise all architectural works
- Plan & Prepare the PM & CM schedule &technical reports
- Do inspections and offer quotations for the required civil/architectural works and task orders
- Monitor work quality and provide proper advice for performance improvement
- Conduct on-job training sessions for the technical staff as planned
- Ensure all staff apply safety rules and regulations
- Develop stock of spare parts and observe the warehouse stock
- Manage and supervise contractors’ activities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering (Architect Department)
- English Language – Spoken and written
- Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
- MS Office professional
- Well knowledge with the Architect systems operations & Maintenance
