Job Description

Job Location: Qattamya, Cairo

  • Plan and implement organizational development programs to enhance the performance and quality of employees.
  • Plan and implement programs, processes, systems and technologies to support the company’s mission
  • Conduct and communicate succession planning, reporting and succession management plans with senior management
  • Perform organizational needs and training needs analysis, recommend action plan and lead the implementation as it relates to organizational development
  • Develop and maintain performance management, including 360 instruments, competency models, and opinion/climate
  • Develop and implement appropriate interventions for performance improvement
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development programs and interventions and resolve identified issues or concerns
  • Perform group development and team-building opportunities and training
  • Create a grading system from scratch and salary scale for a large number of employees
  • Design and deliver training to all levels
  • Perform job analysis, workload analysis

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required, from reputable universities GUC, AUC, BUE, ETC…
  • Relevant recognized HR Certification is essential
  • 7 to 10+ years of total business experience, ideally in areas of Organization Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Learning & Development
  • Hands-on experience in creating grading systems and salary structure for blue and white collars in Egypt within FMCG (Food manufacturing)
  • Multitasker who can handle several priorities at the same time
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Excellent English (Spoken & Written) is a MUST!
  • HR Analytics and data visualization capabilities is a MUST!
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel is a MUST!
  • Presentable, pleasant, yet professional
  • Ability to consult, facilitate and interact across function/market areas and with all organizational levels
  • ERP experience is a PLUS but not essential
