Job Description
One of the largest feed companies in Mansoura is searching for a Training and OD specialist.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implementation of all training activities based on company’s strategy direction and department needs.
- Prepare the training database and paperwork for evaluating and measuring performance for training, trainees, and trainers.
- Maintain and file training paperwork.
- Support on OD projects.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in HR included at Least one year in training.
- Mansoura Residents
- Females only.
