Job Description
Main Duties:
- Create and implement strategic sales and marketing plans that successfully achieve business objectives
- Complete market research and analyze results to adjust sales and marketing strategy for maximum success
- Generating new leads
- Assigning new leads to the sales team and follow up.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Visiting farms in different locations.
- Selling tractors and machinery to farms
- Creating professional offers and proposals
- Awareness about the Seasons of Agriculture or the ability to learn about them through searching
- Provide accurate and timely reporting of all relevant customer information, activities, and sales forecasts.
Work location: 15-20 Minutes away from Abu Rawash
Job Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering Graduate or Agricultural are preferred
- From 5 to 7 years of experience
- Understanding technical information and the ability to compare between the machinery specifications
- Ready to learn new things
- Excellent level of English
- Presentable
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Presentation Skills
- Leadership skills.
