About the Job
Our Accounts Receivable Accountant handles client transactions and ensures we receive payments for our services. You will be responsible for recording transactions, securing our revenues by auditing, verifying and posting receipts.
What responsibilities will you get when working with us?
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the billing system
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Performing account reconciliations
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Producing monthly financial and management reports
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries
- Assisting in general financial management and analysis
Job Requirements
What will you need to be successful in this role?
- B.A. in Accounting
- 3-5 years in Accounts Receivable and Collections, Experience in Real-estate / Retail / E commerce industries is a plus
- Sales tax filing experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
- This role holds external and internal communication, proficiency in verbal and written communication skills is a must
- An Excellent caliber will display a high level of being : detail oriented, organized and have high attention to details and a great team player!
