Job Description
- Manage sales efforts, including negotiation activities and sales representative.
- Staff supervision, which typically includes recruitment recommendations, shooting, performance appraisal, training, job allocation, and problem solving.
- Follow-up balances inventory and careful not to disclose any type or expiration of the validity
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results; approve the content of the offer and the costs of the offers requested by the sales representatives.
- Respond to inquiries, research and solve problems related to transactions dealt with by the administration & sales
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Job Requirements
- Must have experience from 7 - 10 years in pharmaceutical field
- Must have experience in Modern trade and horica
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
