Job Description
- Provide Administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
- Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms.
- Alert manager about cancellations or new meetings.
- Manage travel and schedule.
- Handle information requests.
- Prepare correspondence and stuff mail into envelopes.
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters)
- Make travel arrangements for executives
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
Job Requirements
- High Degree Certificate.
- Good Presentation, Communication & Organization Skills.
- Experience in a similar position.
- Computer Skills: M/S Word & Excel.
- Good English language written and spoken.
- Haram or Giza Residence is preferred. Integrity and confidentiality
