Job Description

  • Provide Administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
  • Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms.
  • Alert manager about cancellations or new meetings.
  • Manage travel and schedule.
  • Handle information requests.
  • Prepare correspondence and stuff mail into envelopes.
  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings.
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters)
  • Make travel arrangements for executives
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure

Job Requirements

  • High Degree Certificate.
  • Good Presentation, Communication & Organization Skills.
  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Computer Skills: M/S Word & Excel.
  • Good English language written and spoken.
  • Haram or Giza Residence is preferred. Integrity and confidentiality
