Job Description

  • New Opportunities: Try to open new marketing channels especially with current customers.
  • Understanding and meeting client needs: using project management knowledge, tools and techniques. Assisting client to define project scope as per business needs.
  • Planning Project Resources: align project scope, goals and deliverables (as per client’s needs) making a feasible plan that achieves the goals and objectives of the project and aligns with the organization’s overall business strategy.
  • Leading Project Team: assign tasks and deadlines, give them the tools to collaborate. Motivate and integrate all project knowledge areas.
  • Time Management:  define, schedule and accurately estimate the task duration to develop and maintain a realistic schedule.
  • Budget: Making an accurate estimate and monitor the actual spend as compared to the planned budget. If those figures are off, you must adjust accordingly.
  • Monitoring Progress: To make sure a project is progressing as planned, through constantly measuring and compare those metrics against the plan you created.
  • Manage Issues and Risk: figure out beforehand what the risks are and set in place a plan of action if they in fact occur.
  • Quality and Satisfaction: starting from Product presentation/demonstration, Writing proposals based on client’s RFP that meets customer business and fast feedback along and after project closure. Constant communications with stakeholders, reporting on progress and being open to their feedback.
  • Change Management: Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
  • Communication with different departments such as business development, QC, and development to ensure that business requirements are met throughout the cycle. Leading technical support by coordinating between support teams, developers, and the customer.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions. Evaluate and assess the result of the project: Establish Actual vs. Plan along the project life cycle.
  • Collection: Follow on and ensuring payments are received on time from customers.

Job Requirements

  • Project management qualification (PMP)
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Proven work experience as a project manager in the information technology sector.
  • Solid technical background with an understanding of organizational business
  • Ability to travel
