We in a need to add one staff to our team (Indonesian language project) to do the following:

Plan the category like (marketing management, digital marketing and so) in other words to create courses list under each category, and create outlines (course overview, outlines, outcomes, prerequisite, audience) and instructor specifications files for each course
Receive course requirements from instructors (course structure, course materials, course introduction, …) from instructors, review them and send feedback till approval.
Coordinate with the recruitment agency/staff in Indonesia for recommending instructors and evaluating them.
Confirm completeness of all course requirements.

With the following specifications:

Total experience in the training dwild of 6 years, 3 of them are in the training development or product management.
English mastering level of upper intermediate (spoken and written)
High writing communication skills.
Flexibility to have weekend as Saturday and Sunday.
Can work independently.
Attention to details.
Quality seeker.
