Job Description
- Responsible for the recruitment activities in terms of different advertisement tools, CV screening, phone screening, interviewing candidates, coordinating interviews.
- Recruit white & Blue collars ( specially Telesales & call center agents ).
- Participate in job fairs.
- Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
- Responsible for the medical and Social employees insurance file to editing, cancellation, and following up with the medical insurance provider.
- Manage & update the employee’s files.
- Assist in prepare HR monthly reports.
- Assist the HR department in any needed tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- +2 years of experience.
- Good Command in English & Computer Skills.
- Ability to work & handle in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
