Job Description
- Responsible for achieving team monthly / quarterly / annually sales' targets – upon required product mix.
- Responsible for training and improving sales team members needed techniques, knowledge & abilities.
- Ensure that the sales team adheres to the company policies & strategies.
- Implement the required sales strategies as per the set action plan.
- Opening new sales channels and self-generation of leads.
- Developing the proper sales team prospects and clients database
- Monitor daily sales and follow up on sales' activities taking plac
- Developing professional required proposals & communication kits or tools.
- Reporting, analyzing sales and related activities
- Maintain high level of market competition awareness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any related disc
- High leadership / communication / persuasion skill
- Proactive, energetic and able to meet deadlines
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Languages: Arabic & English fluently spoken and written.
- Excellent Organizational skills.
- Strong follow-up and flexibility to travel and work in a team of people with different backgrounds socially and academically.
