- Sort products categories in online presence using different techniques for each category.
- Upload all on site visuals and banners according to categories analysis to boost customer attention.
- Retain customers through creating mobile push notifications while creating new customer segments.
- Analyze sales and find potential products to push through different channels.
- Analyze each channel performance for each category and products.
- Handle all Organic channels and find the best targeting strategy for each.
- Partner with customers to drive sales by setting up online promotional events
- Handle on site recommendations and search strategies.
- Research industry trends and provide competitive analysis to identify opportunities
- Create new customer experience ideas as Journeys, segmentations based on customer behavior.
Job Requirements
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Commercially aware with sales focus to help maximize conversion and cross selling.
- Must be detail-orientated, deadline-driven, and able to multi-task with solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent in Excel.
- Communication skills.
- Experience in retail, e-Commerce, Electronics industry is desirable.
- Knowledge in Google analytics, Facebook ads manager is desirable.
