Job Description

Job Summary:

Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies. Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services. Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.

Main Duties:

  • Building long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Managing clients’ requirements and deliverables according to the project’s timeline.
  • Addressing customer concerns and complaints.
  • Implementing marketing plans to ensure meeting the pre-set KPIManage clients’ marketing digital marketing activities.
  • Build relationships with key employees among customers
  • Create plans to address clients’ business needs
  • Advise clients on creating profitable processes
  • Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
  • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
  • Study competition to find new ways to improve clients’ digital presence.
  • Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
  • Schedule regular meetings, discussions, teleconferences, and visit client offices to strengthen the relationships.
  • Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Inform clients about company products, services, and promotions.
  • Ensure that client requests are handled timely and accurately.
  • Develop new strategies to improve client satisfaction.


 

Job Requirements
