Job Description
- Develop strategies to encourage new or increased contributions.
- Develop corporate fundraising programs
- Generate increased income from existing sources
- Identify and research potential funding opportunities
- Develop proposals for projects that could attract new funding
- Establish links with other voluntary and statutory bodies
- Liaise and coordinating high profile-fundraising events
- Undertake other duties as required to ensure the proper functioning of the team
- Supervise Fundraising Officers in accordance with organization's policies and procedures
- Coach and develop fundraising officers.
Job Requirements
- Relevant university degree in fields of management, education, or any other relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in the same position.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Work experience with I/NGO is encouraged.
- A team player, able to work collaboratively with stakeholders, both internal and external.
- The ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and complex work program within deadlines
- Fluency in Arabic and English (reading, writing and speaking)
- Excellent computer literacy mainly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
