- Develop marketing strategy and proven action plans to achieve the company objectives.
- Budgeting for marketing campaigns.
- Understanding market needs and customer requirements.
- Assign successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- Develop and maintain employer branding.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.
Job Requirements
- Experience 1 to 3 years in the marketing field.
- Multitasking person, detail-oriented, have good organizational and team leadership skills.
- Previous experience in retail/fashion is a plus.
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences, creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage and motivate.
- Able to work with a team or individually.
- Excellent Computer skills.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing is preferable.
- Very good in English and Arabic.
