Assisting product manager in fulfilling his day to day responsibilities by preparing the required analysis and extending assist to outdoor sales team regarding their office assignments
Accountability:
- Assist in preparing the monthly battery orders and send it to ACDelco product manager for approval.
- Follow up on a daily basis (LME) London metal exchange Lead price for a battery price bench mark and price forecasting analysis reports.
- Prepare varies product related reports to help the product manager in taking both strategic and tactical decision including sales, profitability, and inventory movement reports.
- Preparing monthly claims, and profitability analysis.
- Process all wholesale customer orders including deliveries and invoices according to the predetermined discount rate and sales quota plan and customers delivery schedule.
- Track supplier (MEBCo.) invoices, and payment schedule with the finance department.
Job Requirements
Minimum Experience:
- 1-2 years of Sales Experience , FMCG preferably or Automotive
Job specific Skills:
- Any Bachelor Degree Graduate
- Maximum age is 28
- Knowledge of trading in parts & accessories, possibly educational background as a specialist in the sale of parts.
- Driving license.
- Knowledge of parts counters procedures, such as requiring prepayment for special orders, etc.
- Ability to search parts numbers or to use the computer and standard catalogs.
- Ability to accurately track parts.
- Ability to monitor lost sales for inventory control.
