Job Description

  • Investigate, diagnose, and fix ITS application issue or any incident that is disrupting the application service that business users depend on in case it does not require a source code change.
  • Act as an end to end service owner for ITS Banking Solution modules as part of the applications support team.
  • Manage communication between various stakeholders in the application to support various processes.

Job Requirements

  • SQL knowledge
  • Experience in backend databases, in particular, MS SQL Server, including development using SQL Server Objects, Transact-SQL, SSIS, and SSRS.
  • Good Knowledge of SQL queries, Oracle, Microsoft SQL.
  • Problem Solver
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
  • Good command of English.
  • Good communication skills (written, verbal and listening)
