The business analyst will be part of the technical team developing paynas financial services.
Analyze product road map and create product backlog with the epics and features.
Convey the product vision to the technical team.
Participate to Agile Ceremonies (Planning, Daily stand up, Demo reviews, Retrospective…)
Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, data dictionary, and business rules, then validate them with the Product management team.
Validate the test cases with quality team.
Perform business acceptance testing
Validate wire-frames with the UX team.
Develop and update the products traceability matrix.
Work very close to the technical team to provide any business explanation, and do early business review during development.
Analyze reported issues and classify it to (bug, enhancement, new feature, out of scope…)

Computer Engineering or Computer Science graduate.
4-7 years of experience in software teams.
2+ year in business analysis role.
Software development or testing background.
Financial services background is plus.
ERP systems background is plus.
Experience with SaaS prodcuts is plus.
Analytical, Self-motivated, committed, possess high presentation and communication skills.
