Job Description
- Granting approvals for requested medical services and reply with approval decision (approved or rejected).
- Queries may range between coverage questions, network location and medical questions.
- Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries
- Educate all newly joined physicians about policies and guidelines of insurance companies, and ensure that adjusters have followed proper methods.
- Reducing Mistakes level at our company to zero, and make sure no one approves or decline a case due to lack of concentration or lack of knowledge.
- Problem Solving for the patients’ complaints.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Medicine is a Must.
- Experience in insurance companies.
