Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow our business by developing new partnerships, expanding existing relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. The ideal candidate must be confident in English communication, have strong negotiation skills, and a sales-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities within the forex and financial markets sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional and retail clients, partners, and affiliates.
  • Drive the expansion of the company’s client base through targeted outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to create and implement effective go-to-market plans.
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and long-term value.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business development metrics.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to support product development and service enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies in all business development activities.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years and maximum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management within the forex or financial services industry.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Proven track record of achieving business growth targets and building successful client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of forex trading, financial markets, and related products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote (home-based) environment.
  • Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems and business development tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
