Job Description
- Devise and document contract strategy in line with our company values.
- Develop a variety of contracts to fit business needs.
- Ensure contracts comply with all Egyptian laws and regulations.
- Negotiate contract terms and review the financial viability with the finance department.
- Advise clients of contract terms and expedite whenever possible.
- Train managers and executives in contract policies.
- Draft additional legal documentation as needed.
- Review contract terms and update them to fit legal needs or new company policy.
- Research new contract laws and ensure total compliance.
Job Requirements
- 5 years of Proven comparable law firm experience.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Excellent negotiation and communications skills.
- Analytical ability and strong attention to detail.
