Job Description
- Formally responsible for maintaining a reliable filing system & documents controlling and preserving overall confidentiality levels associated with performing duties as assigned.
- Formally responsible for JDE transaction (POs & PRs) for required services & products and following up till payment issuance.
- Provides direct administrative support by maintaining CDO’s calendar of appointments & meetings, time schedules, business missions & travels arrangements, conferences, events, etc.
- Attending meetings, take minutes and pursuing action points that arise
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports and coordinate office activities to ensure maximum efficiency
- Coordinating with HR and related departments to update and maintain office policies as necessary
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office and keeping management informed of performance with routine and requested reporting
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent
- 5+ years’ experience as an Office Manager.
- Proficient MS Office
- Excellent command of English
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detailed Oriented
