Job Description

  • Formally responsible for maintaining a reliable filing system & documents controlling and preserving overall confidentiality levels associated with performing duties as assigned.
  • Formally responsible for JDE transaction (POs & PRs) for required services & products and following up till payment issuance.
  • Provides direct administrative support by maintaining CDO’s calendar of appointments & meetings, time schedules, business missions & travels arrangements, conferences, events, etc.
  • Attending meetings, take minutes and pursuing action points that arise
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports and coordinate office activities to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Coordinating with HR and related departments to update and maintain office policies as necessary
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office and keeping management informed of performance with routine and requested reporting

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent
  • 5+ years’ experience as an Office Manager.
  • Proficient MS Office
  • Excellent command of English
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detailed Oriented
