Job Description
The Egyptian Cultural Center (ECC) one of the leading business education organizations in the MENA region, specialized in MBA & DBA is seeking to hire a dynamic & professional applicant for the below responsibilities:
- Handle all the registration process of new applicants for the selected program MBA/DBA.
- Receive and guide prospective clients through the application and admission process
- Administer the application through the MBA/DBA selected program system.
- Set up and monitor all incoming students’ files and document them.
- Answer all inquiries and questions by customers related to the MBA/DBA selected program admission and registration policy and system.
- Stay abreast of academic policies and regulations to provide current reliable information to customers and new applicants.
- Act as primary interface between the customers and MBA/DBA selected school, handling complaints and assuring customer satisfaction.
- Communicate and report to the customer all issues, complaints and suggestions expressed by the MBA/DBA selected school
- Handle all the support and administrative functions
- Keep track of payments made to the MBA/DBA selected school and contact late students.
- Maintain all admission reports, forms and software updated all the time.
- Keep an organized filing system and inventory of all forms and printed materials.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience min 2 years, preferred in Education & Learning Field.
- Knowledge & understanding of student admissions and transfer policies, processes, and regulations.
- Organizational and management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving & analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of records and information.
