Job Description
- Responsible of online sales channels; website, online sales platforms, etc.
- Coordinate the creation of digital content
- Creating proposals & quotations, for Clients
- Strictly follow a follow-up process for all running sales cases and online ordering full cycle
- Immediate recording of all sales cases updates on company’s CRM.
- Review, validate & update our online & offline work data.
- Design the media campaign
- Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
- Answering customers' questions on the products.
- Making presentations to promote new products and special deals.
- Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service.
- Watching competitors and offered products.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Sales Activity Reporting– Ensure timely/accurate recording, tracking and reporting of sales activities and customer/competitive information through our system
