Job Description
- Strategies and leads the Procurement function on a Group level.
- Ensure full compliance to the local and international regulations.
- Cascades the strategic procurement objectives to the Procurement team and communicates to the Supply Chain Managers in the companies.
- Updates, qualifies and supervises the supplier qualification on commercial aspects to issue the “preferred suppliers list”
- Negotiates prices, delivery lead times, payment terms with strategic suppliers, and communicates the updated price list to facilitate the awarding process.
- Standardize Scorecards, KPIs and reports & cascade the department objectives to all teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering is preferred).
- Advanced Procurement certificates.
- Experience +15 years in Procurement (Advanced experience in Foreign & Local purchasing).
- Experience in Manufacturing and Construction sectors.
- Fluent in English.
- ERP User (SAP / Oracle).
