Job Description
- Coordinate sales training inside Hayat Egypt distributors
- Support in the implementation of sales trainings
- Collect feedback from attendees and conduct the needed analysis to determine trainings efficiency
- Provide business partner with needed reports and records for all conducted trainings
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in the same role or as HR coordinator
- Ability to travel between different governates for training coordination ( transportation allowances provided)
- Good MS office excel skills
- Flexible and team player
