Job Description
- Interact effectively with the public and Team Members. Perform excellent customer service at all time.
- Respond to technical enquiries from customers and ensure that any problems presented are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Complete timely repairs on all commercial and industrial kitchen equipment.
- Maintain working conditions of restaurant equipment, including fryers, dishwashers, stoves, food mixers and buffet line equipment.
- Maintain refrigeration equipment, including but not limited to compressors, evaporators and refrigerant leaks.
- Keep machinery operating in a safe, efficient manner, acceptable with all health codes.
- Read schematics and performs electrical troubleshooting on all mechanical equipment.
- Relocate existing equipment when requested.
- Maintain an adequate supply of materials needed for the efficient performance of job.
- Perform any reasonable request made by management.
- Receive the maintenance & repairs calls and cover it .
- Held training for the customers on the supplied equipment.
Job Requirements
- BS degree of engineering, electronic department or electrical power department.
- 1-3 years of experience in the Electric control principles (classic Control, PLC …etc.)
- Having experience in a commercial kitchen and laundry equipment is preferred.
- Very good command of English.
- Good user for Microsoft office.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to travel outside Cairo for a short or a long period of time.
