Job Description
- Allocate training and development resources effectively and efficiently.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver demonstrations an presentations in response to market opportunities, client, and internal requirements.
- Design all training programs including delivery, materials & handouts.
- Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops, etc. in groups or individually.
- Monitor/report customer support for technical solutions for currently enrolled clients and alerts sales teams to potential opportunities or potential threats.
- Craft a quarterly technical training update for the internal team.
- Every member of the team is expected to support other team members as and when required.
Job Requirements
The core skills required for the role are:
- Excellent command of Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- University graduate.
- Car owner is preferred
